Birds of Prey Funko Pops Reveal

Looking forward to 2020 we have some exciting movie toy lines coming out (most of which we will be carrying). The long-anticipated spin off from Suicide Squad is coming out in February and with it comes new Funko Pops! Birds of Prey sees Margot Robbie returning to her role as Harley Quinn and Ewan McGregor joins the cast as the villain Black Mask. I’m stoked to see it and I’m really stoked about the Pops and McFarlane action figures based on the movie.

For those of you not really familiar with the premise for Birds of Prey, here’s a quick rundown. Birds of Prey takes place after Harley Quinn has left the Joker. She enlists the help of several bad-ass women to protect a young girl who has a hit placed on her by a crime boss known as the Black Mask. As the women protect Cassandra, they also look to take down the Black Mask. I’m sure this film is going to be action-packed and it will be a great addition to the DCU. Margot Robbie is amazing as Harley Quinn and Ewan McGregor brings some additional star power.

On to the Funkos!!! So, we found these pictures online and were told that they are from the NYCC vendors showcase. We don’t know if these are the final versions, but you can check out the pictures below.

The line will include Harley Quinn in Caution Tape Jacket, Roller Derby Harley Quinn, Harley with Bernie the Beaver, Huntress, Black Canary, Black Mask Society Harley Quinn and Black Mask. The Black Mask has a chase variant, it’s him in a black jacket.

With the movie coming out in February we anticipate that these will release in early or mid-January. Our distributor has been very tight-lipped regarding any exclusives and we haven’t found much talk about who is getting exclusives, but we will keep you updated as we know more. I CAN tell you this, whatever comes out from Funko and McFarlane, we will be carrying it on our site as well as our eBay store. So, check back often because as soon as we get the green light, we will be putting them up for pre-order.
